Under the general direction of the Principal, Special Education & Student Services, the Administrative Assistant:
- performs general administrative support services for a multi-disciplinary team;
- maintains accounting records, office records and statistical data;
- assists in event planning;
- assists in the compilation and organization of materials and information for reports;
- performs other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
Required Qualifications, Experience, Knowledge and Skills:
- Secondary School Diploma;
- one year of Community college;
- two years of related experience;
- excellent oral,
written and interpersonal skills;
- initiative, tact, confidentiality, discretion and diplomacy;
- superior organizational skills;
- strong computer skills and an advance level of proficiency of Google Suites.
This is a permanent, full-time, twelve (12) month position with an annual salary range of $50,670 – $54,546. A comprehensive employee benefits package is also provided.
