Job Description: Responsibilities
Calling and receiving calls from clients
Distributes all benefit enrollment materials and determines eligibility
Scheduling appointments with clients who request our benefits
Presenting and explaining insurance products
Completing applications for insurance products
Respond to client request for coverages while representing their best interests
Create and explain individualized policies via our Needs Analysis system Qualifications
Previous experience in customer service, sales, or other related fields
Ability to build rapport with clients
Ability to prioritize and multitask
Positive and professional demeanor
Excellent written and verbal communication skillsA sharp individual with an entrepreneurial mindset
An individual that is a team player and works well under pressure
An individual with professional communication skills
