The Cook’s Shop, located in Windsor, Ontario, is looking for one (1) full-time and permanent Cook (NOC 63200). The successful candidates will be responsible for the following:

• Prepare and cook various types of meals based on customer’s needs;• Schedule and supervise staff;• Manager and instruct kitchen operations;• Oversee all kitchen operations, ensuring food quality, presentation, and adherence to health and safety regulations.• Maintain inventory and records of food and supplies;• Set up and manage buffets when necessary;• Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient kitchen environment.• May plan menus for special occasions,



advise on size of food portions, monitor and order supplies;• Mainly focus on Italian cuisine; and• Manage kitchen staff, including hiring, training, scheduling, and performance evaluations.

Applicant must speak, read and write in English. Must have knowledge and familiarity with Italian dishes and cuisine. Must have a minimum of two (2) year work experience as a cook and have obtained a two (2) year Diploma in Culinary Management.

Successful candidate will be remunerated at $35.00 per hour (40 hours per week).
