One of Stellar’s financial clients is searching for a motivated and detail-oriented Senior Analyst, Financial Reporting & Valuations to join our team. In this role, you will support cross-market engagements, including infrastructure and private equity. You will be responsible for ensuring the accurate, timely, and complete preparation of internal and external financial and valuation reporting deliverables, as well as supporting various initiatives to enhance these deliverables for key internal and external stakeholders. Apply now or email your profile to [email protected] to get in touch with our team.Responsibilities:Analyze ESG-related data from a variety of sources, including fund reports, audit reports, and valuation reportsSource, validate, and provide ESG-related data, such as enterprise values of investee companiesDocument methodologies, assumptions, and data sources used in the ESG valuation process to ensure transparency and audit traceabilityPrepare reports or summaries of valuation data to support ESG reporting for investmentsMaintain comprehensive records of valuation activities, including data collection, analysis, and reporting, ensuring thorough documentationAssist with internal and external audits of ESG data and collaborate with external auditors during the audit processQualifications:A professional accounting designation (CPA, CA; CPA, CGA; CPA, CMA)Strong understanding of valuation definitions, methodologies, and approaches, with a focus on fair value reporting3-5 years of accounting experience, particularly with IFRS,



and the ability to synthesize large sets of financial data for valuation purposes1-2 years of experience in valuation, with a strong understanding of fair value reporting principlesExcellent organizational, interpersonal, and attention-to-detail skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet strict deadlinesAdvanced Excel skills and a high level of proficiency in financial analysis toolsPay Rate: $60-70/hourPlease note that the posted salary range for this role may vary based on seniority, qualifications, or prior experience.
