About the work environment:

Peoples Group offers a flexible and hybrid work environment.



In this role you will work a combination of in-office and remotely from home. Typically, you'll be working regular business hours, Monday to Friday between 8:00am and 4:30pm with flexibility around start/end times. We are hiring for this position out of our Toronto offices. Successful candidates who apply outside of this area will be expected to relocate and reside in location that is within a commutable distance.

About you:

As the SharePoint Production Support Specialist, you will serve as the primary administrator for the SharePoint application, supporting daily operations of SharePoint Online. This role involves system configuration, workflow creation, maintenance, and support, with a focus on ensuring secure, efficient operations. You will work closely with business analysts, architects, and external providers to enhance the SharePoint platform and support business needs effectively.

About the Qualifications:

- 5 years of experience in SharePoint administration and support
- 4+ years with SharePoint Online
- 2+ with Azure Logic Apps, Azure Functions, Azure Purview, and Azure AD,



Nintex Workflow.
- Experience with ShareGate for migration and system management.
- Experience with Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps) and Microsoft Azure Information Protection
- Experience in software development and scripting languages (PowerShell, C#, TypeScript, XML, HTML).
- Experience with SQL-based databases (e.g., SQL Server or MySQL).
- Strong knowledge and demonstrated understanding of IT Security standards, compliance, and data protection practices.
- Familiar with ITIL Change Management processes.
- Preferred Microsoft 365 Certified: Teamwork Administrator Associate.

About the day-to-day:

- Act as the primary administrator for the SharePoint application and Support and coordinate daily operations of SharePoint Online.
- Configure the SharePoint system, develop workflows, and complete routine tasks as required.




- Ensure system data accuracy by managing user accounts, licenses, profile changes, and access provisioning/de-provisioning.
- Develop and implement robust SharePoint security protocols and access controls in compliance with data governance policies.
- Plan and implement new releases, including managing the change control process and communications.
- Partner with SharePoint Architects to customize solutions and enhance forms and workflows on the SharePoint platform.
- Recommend and implement industry best practices for feature enhancements and functionality.
- Support development in Power Apps, Azure Logic Apps, Azure Functions, and Azure Purview as required.

Compensation:

Peoples Group is pleased to offer employees a competitive annual salary plus a discretionary profit share opportunity. In addition,



we are pleased to offer employees both group benefits and the option to participate in our RRSP matching program, beginning the first day of employment Salary for this position will vary between $90,000.00 and $115,000.00 per year depending on the knowledge, skills, abilities and experience that the chosen candidate possess.
