One of Stellar’s financial clients is searching for a motivated and detail-oriented Senior Analyst, Financial Reporting & Valuations to join our team. In this role, you will support cross-market engagements, including infrastructure and private equity. You will be responsible for ensuring the accurate, timely, and complete preparation of internal and external financial and valuation reporting deliverables, as well as supporting various initiatives to enhance these deliverables for key internal and external stakeholders. Responsibilities:

- Analyze ESG-related data from a variety of sources, including fund reports, audit reports, and valuation reports
- Source, validate, and provide ESG-related data, such as enterprise values of investee companies
- Document methodologies, assumptions, and data sources used in the ESG valuation process to ensure transparency and audit traceability
- Prepare reports or summaries of valuation data to support ESG reporting for investments
- Maintain comprehensive records of valuation activities, including data collection, analysis, and reporting, ensuring thorough documentation
- Assist with internal and external audits of ESG data and collaborate with external auditors during the audit process

Qualifications:

- A professional accounting designation (CPA, CA; CPA, CGA; CPA, CMA)
- Strong understanding of valuation definitions, methodologies, and approaches, with a focus on fair value reporting
- 3-5 years of accounting experience, particularly with IFRS,



and the ability to synthesize large sets of financial data for valuation purposes
- 1-2 years of experience in valuation, with a strong understanding of fair value reporting principles
- Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and attention-to-detail skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet strict deadlines
- Advanced Excel skills and a high level of proficiency in financial analysis tools

Pay Rate: $60-70/hour
