We have summer internship opportunities in our hotel located in Ottawa, the Germain Hotel for a period varying between 3 and 6 months, starting this may 2025.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Help with check-in and check-out.
- Assist agents in complex situations.
- Assist agent with most of the tasks of a customer service agent (greet guests, provide information on hotel services, schedules, available amenities, etc.).
- Collaborate with other departments.
WHAT YOU'LL BRING
- Study in Hospitality program, or similar program is an asset
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Natural customer service orientation with a positive attitude
