The Opportunity:

The Talent & Inclusion Program Coordinator will play a critical role in providing support to the Principal, Talent Development & Inclusion. This individual will work collaboratively with People and Talent/HR and others to execute Talent & Inclusion programs and deliverables related to BGO’s global Talent Development & Inclusion goals.

Additionally, this role will provide administrative support for Talent Acquisition initiatives, including assisting with posting jobs, screening resumes, coordinating interviews, and contributing to outreach strategies aimed at recruiting top and diverse talent into the organization.

The ideal candidate shows a genuine interest in People and Talent work, is highly organized and possesses the ability to multitask and adapt as priorities shift. They demonstrate an ability to build partnerships and work closely with multiple internal and external stakeholders, as well as support recruiting efforts to identify and attract top and diverse talent.



They have an ability to work alongside diverse employee populations at BGO.

What You'll Do:

- Work with the Talent Development and Inclusion team to support coordination of Talent Development and Inclusion programs and related employee-wide initiatives such as Global Mentorship, Performance Management, Goals and Objectives, Employee Engagement, Leadership Training etc.
- Deploy and maintain educational resources, assessment and self-service learning tools
- Manage Diversity and Inclusion related due diligence on pledges, surveys and questionnaires
- Assist in drafting and posting job descriptions on internal and external job boards, ensuring alignment with BGO’s brand and commitment to equity, diversity, and inclusion
- Review incoming resumes for alignment with job requirements and diversity goals
- Conduct initial phone screens to assess qualifications, interest, and cultural fit




- Schedule interviews, ensuring efficient coordination of candidate, recruiter, and hiring team availability
- Collaborate with the Principal, Talent Development & Inclusion, to identify outreach strategies for building a diverse talent pipeline, including partnerships with external organizations, universities, and professional associations
- In collaboration with HR, develop and lead the New Hire Orientation program to ensure a seamless onboarding process for new hires

Who You Are:

- Shows a genuine interest in Leadership Development, Equity, Diversity, Inclusion, Talent Management and Recruiting diverse talent
- Balancing multiple projects and competing priorities, able to allocate time effectively to meet deadlines
- Attention to detail with ability to manage written and verbal communication clearly and succinctly




- Experience or demonstrated ability to support recruiting efforts, including resume screening, interview coordination, and outreach strategies
- Intermediate to advanced skills in Excel, Word, Power Point and Sharepoint, and familiarity with applicant tracking systems or recruitment software (an asset)
- Ability to build collaborative working relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Shows diplomacy and discretion in handling information of confidential and/or sensitive nature
- Demonstrated ability to contribute to diversity-focused recruitment initiatives and build inclusive talent pipelines
- Previous experience in HR, recruiting, or administrative support roles is an asset but not required
