we would love to hear from you!ResponsibilitiesResolve customer complaints and issues efficiently while maintaining a positive attitude.Provide detailed information about products, services, and policies to assist customers.Document customer interactions and process transactions accurately in our system.Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and gather feedback.Collaborate with team members to improve service processes and enhance customer experience.Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information.Requirements.Proven experience in customer service or a related field, preferably in a remote setting.Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on clarity and professionalism.Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused mindset.Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote environment.Familiarity with customer service software and tools is an advantage.Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends, as needed.
