Change-Management Consultant Ottawa ON HYBRID (10-12 time in a month also flexibility) Long term contractRequired Qualifications & Skills The Consultant should have the following qualifications and skills:•University degree or college diploma in computer science, engineering, business, or a related field•A minimum of five (5) years of demonstrated experience facilitating meetings/sessions with smalland large groups in both official languages•A minimum of five (5) years of demonstrated experience in delivering training to an adult audienceon technical and non-technical subject matters in both official languages•A minimum of three (3)
years of demonstrated experience providing advisory services to seniorexecutives in both official languages•Change-Management Certification (PROSCI or other)•Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively in both official languages, particularly in writingclear and concise documents for a technical audience
