Our client is looking for a Sr. Business Systems Analyst to support the design and delivery of the new contact center replacement solution.
1 year contract; hybrid model onsite in North Vancouver; 40hrs/week
Must Haves:
- 5+ years as a Sr. Business Systems Analyst
- Experience working on a contact center implementation project with enterprise/public sector
- Leading business requirements and translating for technical teams
Nice to Have:
- Experience with Genesys
Work under the direction of the digital team:
- Function as a team lead for all digital initiatives for the project.
- Support design and development of technical solutions for migration of 32 contact centres (7 LOBs) to new CCaaS solution to enable new CX capabilities.
- Design and Code development
- Facilitate, participate and design workshops for digital solution
- Work coordination 3. Status reporting and project stakeholder management
- Requirements, design, build and configuration and sustainment documents.
- Status reports, budget reviews, technology risk and issues management
- Resource forecasting, and planning.
- Technology decision recommendations.
