We’re looking for an outgoing, tech-savvy person to work in our City Centre Advice Centre in Saskatoon and deliver remarkable experiences to our members. Working full time hours during the summer term,

What you’ll do:

- Support our members over the phone and electronically in conducting business transactions through a variety of systems including Customer Automated Fund Transfers (CAFT), Business Online Banking (BOB) and remote deposit capture (bRdc)
- Listen to and engage with our members to spot opportunities where they could benefit from our banking tools, products, services or advice from our experts to enhance their financial health

What you’ve got:





- A high school diploma and current enrollment in post-secondary
- The personality to interact with and serve members, aiming to make their interactions with us the best part of their day!
- Strong attention to detail and data accuracy
- Experience adapting to changing technology and processes
- Ample experience using digital tools and apps that can help our members with their banking (online banking, smartphones, tablets, etc.)
