We're looking for a detail-oriented and passionate intern to join our team and contribute to our mission. Your role? Coordinate live training sessions, support the implementation of cutting edge training tools,



participate in projects that enhance our teams’ skills and transform their daily lives. If you're curious, motivated by the idea of empowering others and ready to make a real impact through online and face-to-face learning solutions, this internship is a unique opportunity for you.

What your typical day would look like:

- You start your day off attending the Enablement team’s weekly team meeting where you share your updates, hear the team’s progress on different projects and share ideas to elevate each other.
- You then spend your morning working with our learning management system (LMS) to support the content migration. Your goal this morning is to move an e-learning course from our previous system into our new system.
- Next you take time to review the configurations and work on the management of the LMS to make sure the course you just migrated is readily accessible for users.
- After lunch, you work on sending out invitations to our Commerce Account Executives for upcoming training sessions to enable them on newest product features. You make sure they have the schedule and all of the necessary resources ahead of time.



You will also be shadowing the facilitation of the session to see these trainings are run.
- The day is already coming to an end! You finish off by reviewing the data from a live session training that was held a few weeks ago. You review the feedback and start putting together some best practices to share with your manager.

Here's what will qualify you for the role:

- You are currently studying Human Resources, Management, Education Technology or a related field.
- You have a strong interest in learning and development and story telling.
- You’re not afraid to ask questions.
- You can manage competing priorities and work on simultaneous projects.
- You have strong communication and collaboration skills, you will work with many people across the business to help them understand complex concepts.

And the cherry on top that will make you stand out:





- You have training experience and are comfortable explaining concepts to others. You enjoy helping them grow.
- You have previous experience with a Learning Management Systems or similar tools.
- You have an interest in technology and the Software-as-a-Service industry.

You don’t need to check every single box; passion goes a long way and we appreciate that skills are transferable.
