You’ll help one of Canada's most trusted organizations work on the latest project, and be rewarded with great opportunities.Job Description:The EPM Consultant and Senior Architect, is part of the Finance Division, Office of the Deputy CFO, reporting to ERP Business Lead. This role supports and collaborates with the ERP Business lead and the Financial Systems teams during the Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) project.



This role will provide technical advisory and consultation to the project based on industry best practices, and the individual's practical experiences and technical architectural knowledge.The EPM Consultant and Senior Architect will: Provide advice and consultation on overall project activities and planning to ensure project objectives and business goals are metAttend business requirements workshops to understand business needsReview and advise on technology and functional solution designsCollaborate with stakeholders including business analysts, project managers, and developers to gather and analyze requirements, and translate them into architectural blueprints.Design and develop end-to-end EPM solutions for complex business requirements, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and technical feasibility.Define and document technical solution based on architecture standards, guidelines,



and best practices.Assess impact of solution designs to overall architectural design of the EPM solution and IT ecosystemProvide support and advice on business process re-design to ensure achievement of business transformation goals and alignment with technology design. Propose improvements to automate business functions, streamline business processes and workflows and make best use of technology to improve effectiveness and user experience for stakeholdersDevelops a thorough understanding of the business goals, transformation needs, business strategies and processes to translate into system functionality and user-requirements to guide designs and development activitiesSupport the development and documentation of project deliverables and project reporting, such as: RAID logs, status reports, etc.Support the Financial Systems team to identify and assess technical solution design gaps, risks and implications with mitigation strategiesAssists and supports change management efforts (e.g., managing expectations, training strategy, and risk mitigation strategies)



to prepare the business units for successful adoption of system changes to achieve business goalsMust Haves:Have experience in implementing OneStream solutions from both FP&A; and financial close perspectivesExperience leading technical teams to successfully design and deploy EPM solutionsExperience with Finance transformation projects including technical solution designs and change managementExcellent business analysis, technology and problem-solving skillsKnowledge of project management principles and practicesAbout Huntel Global:Huntel Global is the specialized IT division of Drake International.
