- Create and execute a vision for scalable growth across the Commercial division,
setting and achieving ambitious revenue and customer targets
- Build and implement advanced systems for customer acquisition, marketing, CRM, sales, and retention to drive a seamless customer experience
- Leverage data-driven insights to design targeted marketing campaigns that enhance acquisition, loyalty, and retention
- Maximize the effectiveness of CRM systems to improve customer engagement, retention, and decision-making
- Build, mentor, and inspire high-performing sales and marketing teams with a focus on collaboration, accountability, and financial growth
Requirements
- Extensive experience in B2B sales and marketing, with a deep understanding of CRM systems and customer lifecycle strategies
- Demonstrated success in scaling revenue, improving retention, and maximizing customer value
- Ability to craft and communicate a compelling growth strategy that inspires teams and stakeholders
- Skilled in fostering collaborative, high-performing sales and marketing cultures
- Adept at using analytics to inform strategy and measure success
- Strong understanding of budget optimization, profitability, and sustainable growth
- Exceptional interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence cross-functional teams
- Comfortable navigating complex challenges and driving change in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
- Bonus if you are experienced in leading decentralized teams and/or a background in transitioning operational models
