As the Director of Internal Audit and Compliance, you will oversee financial systems, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficiency. This role will also involve driving automation efforts, managing vendor relationships, and supporting internal controls,



with a focus on continuous improvement and adherence to regulatory standards.Duties of the Director of Internal Audit and Compliance is as follows but not limited to:Oversee financial systems and ensure data integrity and integration.Lead finance technology initiatives aligned with strategic goals.Implement automation tools (e.g., RPA, AI) to enhance operational efficiency.Manage vendor relationships and ensure service level compliance.Coordinate system upgrades to support evolving reporting and compliance needs.Provide training and support for financial system users.Ensure compliance with financial reporting regulations, including NI 52-109.Drive continuous improvement in internal audit processes and system efficiency.TMGNYJob Requirements:5+ years of experience managing financial systems, with a focus on audit and compliance.Strong leadership and project management skills.Expertise in financial systems (e.g., Hyperion, OneStream).Experience with financial automation tools (e.g., RPA, SQL).Strong knowledge of internal audit practices and compliance standards, including NI 52-109.Degree in finance, accounting, or related field; CPA preferred.Apply
