In this role, you will manage client relationships, support business growth, andhelp companies design benefits programs that make a real difference for their employees.What You’ll Do:As an Account Manager, you’ll be at the heart of our client relationships, ensuringsatisfaction and identifying opportunities for growth.
Key responsibilities include:Client Relationship Management:Serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of clients, providing exceptional service and support.Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients by understanding their unique needs and delivering tailored solutions.Act as a trusted advisor, guiding clients through benefits options, renewal processes, and ongoing plan optimizations.Program Design and Implementation:Work closely with clients to design comprehensive health, dental, and corporate benefits plans.Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth implementation and integration of benefits programs.Monitor industry trends and advise clients on new and innovative offerings.Problem Solving and Analysis:Address client inquiries and resolve issues with a solutions-oriented approach.Analyze client feedback and data to recommend program improvements and cost-effective strategies.Collaboration and Communication:Partner with internal teams, including sales, underwriting, and customer support, to ensure seamless delivery of services.Prepare and deliver presentations,
reports, and proposals to clients and prospects.What We’re Looking For:We’re seeking a dynamic professional who thrives in an innovative environment and has apassion for delivering exceptional service. Our ideal candidate has:Experience: 5+ years in account management, sales, or client services, ideally within the insurance or benefits industry.Education: Post secondary education is considered a strong asset, though equivalent work and industry experience will be considered in place of formal education.LLQP Life LicensedSkills:Excellent communication and presentation skills.Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.Proven ability to manage multiple accounts and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office.Mindset: A customer-first attitude,
