Role Summary:
The Executive Assistant will support the CEO in achieving Cardon Group’s strategic goals. The role involves managing a blend of corporate tasks and personal duties. The ideal candidate will have a sharp business acumen, flexibility, and strong organizational skills to help streamline daily operations and assist in balancing personal and professional commitments.
Key Responsibilities:
Corporate Support (50%)
· Calendar & Meeting Management: Schedule and coordinate meetings, manage appointments, and prepare materials for executive presentations.
· Communication Handling: Draft, review, and prioritize emails and correspondence; ensure timely responses on behalf of the CEO.
· Project Assistance:
Assist with project management, track deadlines, and follow up on action items as required.
· Event Planning: Organize and coordinate executive and team events, conferences, and business functions.
· Travel Arrangements: Book and manage travel itineraries for both domestic and international trips, ensuring efficient schedules.
Personal Support (50%)
· Household Management: Coordinate personal appointments, home maintenance schedules, and family-related activities as needed.
· Errand Management: Assist with personal shopping, errands, and other general tasks to maintain a seamless daily routine.
· Personal Travel Arrangements: Handle travel planning for personal and family vacations, including accommodations, activities, and transportation.
· Financial Administration: Track personal expenses and reconcile statements,
assisting with budget management and expense reports.
Qualifications:
Experience: Minimum of 5 years supporting C-suite executives or similar high-level roles.
Education: Post Secondary Certificate or Diploma in Business Management or Admin, a definite asset
Skills: Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving abilities; high proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace.
Attributes: Discretion, professionalism, trustworthiness, and the ability to handle confidential information with sensitivity.
