The full Plan can be viewed on ttc.ca. Career Opportunity Looking for a new and exciting opportunity? We are looking for a Senior Analyst, Operations Technology Cybersecurity to join our team! What You Will Do Reporting to the Assistant Manager, Design & Coordination, you will be responsible for providing expertise in cybersecurity related to Operational Technology (OT) network assets belonging to Communications Engineering.
You will be accountable for the implementation of corporate cybersecurity policy across OT network assets.
In this role, you will work closely with system subject matter experts (SMEs)
and other corporate stakeholders to define projects/plans for compliance with corporate cybersecurity policies. Other responsibilities of your role will include: Developing OT asset registry, asset lifecycle schedules and tracking, software and firmware patching cadence, design manuals and automation tools Security governance of Communications Engineering OT assets Working with system and equipment vendors to support cybersecurity initiatives Developing OT credential and access management best practices Conducting audits and assessments Providing subject matter expertise and strategic advice on cybersecurity issues affecting critical Communications Systems, including but not limited to ICS, SCADA, Radio, CCTV, Video Wall, Fire Alarm Monitoring, Voice Recording system, PA, PAI, Data warehouse, etc.
Identifying potential exposures and conducting reviews to ensure vulnerabilities are detected, mitigated and/or corrected Educating stakeholders on the impact of threats and vulnerability exploitation Creating an Identity and Access Management (IAM) program for OT communication systems in compliance with corporate cybersecurity initiatives Developing strategies with Procurement & Category Management for procurement contracts of OT assets where required Leading cyber incident response actions related to Communications Engineering OT systems Reviewing and analyzing cyber threats and providing SME support to junior level staff Analyzing and drawing conclusions from network forensic data Providing field support and direction to maintenance staff on a 24-hour basis Providing cost and budget estimates for capital operating projects Delegating assignments, directing the workflow,

Your education will consist of the completion of a post-secondary college diploma or university degree in a related discipline (i.e., Computer Science, Engineering) or the equivalent, combined with progressive years of directly responsible working experience in the area of information security.
Certifications as a Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP), Certified Information Security Manager (CISM), Project Management Professional (PMP) and a Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA) are considered assets.
You will have strong knowledge of corporate cybersecurity initiatives and how they pertain to Communications Engineering systems and OT networks.
You will demonstrate current and working knowledge of Information Security best practices, methodologies, and techniques.
Your application will reveal experience with intelligence analysis processes and cyber investigation.
You will have an in-depth understanding of networking principles including TCP/IP, WANs, LANs, and commonly used Internet protocols such as SMTP, HTTP, FTP, POP, and LDAP.
In addition, you will have strong knowledge of the existing Transit Control communications and signals systems and the associated electrical/electronic equipment as well as the various functions carried out by the Communications Engineering section.
You will have excellent written and verbal communication,
plus strong analytical, problem-solving and troubleshooting skills. As a Senior Analyst, OT Cybersecurity, you will also have the ability to work in a fast-paced environment managing multiple priorities with proven time management skills.
You will have or must develop knowledge of Operations and Infrastructure Group policies and procedures, and TTC procurement policies and procedures.
In this role, you must attend and successfully complete the Training Department's program for Subway Rule Book certification including recertification.
