As an Account Manager - Sales, you will report to the Sales Manager and be responsible for generating profitable revenue, delivering excellent customer service, and maintaining our world-class showroom in pristine condition. The hours will vary from Monday-Saturday and on occasion, could be off-site venues (such as trade shows).

Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate profitable revenue
- Deliver excellent customer service
- Maintain World Class Showroom
- Continuous Learning
- Greet customers in showroom and provide assistance
- At home customer visits when required
- Deal with customer complaints and issues before escalating
- Ensure showroom shelves and stocked and customer friendly
- Maintain cleanliness and order in the store
- Learn and implement sales system
- Develop new sales skills and abilities
Qualifications
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Retail sales experience
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team

- The ideal candidate will be honest and trustworthy, respectful of others, hard working, self motivated and demonstrate continuous improvement.
