Our public sector client is seeking a Senior SAP Data Lead to manage and deliver end-to-end data migration activities for a high-impact transformation project.

Work model: Fully remote across Canada

Duration: 2 months with 1 year extension

Responsibilities:

- Lead and manage data migration processes across SAP (ECC, S/4HANA, HCM) and non-SAP applications.
- Develop and execute data migration strategies using SAP standard tools, non-SAP products, and cloud applications (e.g., Ariba, HCM).
- Define and oversee data conversion objects for S/4HANA migration activities, ensuring accuracy and consistency during data transformation and loading.




- Conduct workshops to gather and document business requirements while coordinating with stakeholders across Business, IT, and global teams.
- Provide leadership to the project team, ensuring alignment with project expectations and timelines.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver data migration objectives throughout the project lifecycle.

Must-Haves:

- Proven expertise in data migration from SAP and non-SAP systems, including ECC, S/4HANA, and cloud applications (e.g., Ariba, HCM).
- Hands-on experience with data migration tools (SAP standard and third-party tools).
- Strong understanding of conversion objects for S/4HANA migration activities and data objects based on ECC/S/4 systems.
- Expertise in data transformation during loading processes.
- Leadership experience in guiding global teams and coordinating with diverse stakeholders.
