Position Summary
This is a flexible position and has the option of working in our Toronto office full time or hybrid throughout the week. #LI-HYBRID
As an Inbound Sales Development Representative, you'll be the first point of contact for prospective clients interested in Vena's products. You'll engage with leads from various industries and organizations, getting to know their business environment, identifying their needs, and figuring out how Vena's solutions can help. You'll work closely with Vena's Account Executives (XSMs) to build a strong pipeline of sales opportunities and guide prospects through the sales process to close deals.
What you will do
● Qualify new inbound leads for our sales team to work through Vena’s sale cycle
● Respond to all inbound inquiries with urgency within prescribed SLAs over phone, email and social outreach
● Respond to all inquiries within Vena’s website chat bot
● Provide a world class experience for all inbound leads that is up to Vena’s standards
● Develop and maintain a deep understanding of Vena’s solutions
● Track activity, and KPI’s in our CRM and Sales Engagement Platform
● Attend weekly in-office team meetings to discuss strategies, progress, and upcoming campaigns.
