THE ROLE As of Events, Communications and Business development Manager, you will plan, coordinate, manage, monitor and evaluate the execution and delivery of Personnel Support Programs (PSP) operations, including messes and facilities.




You will plan, analyze, evaluate, formulate, develop, adapt and implement financial and administrative methods, procedures, standards and guidelines.
As of Events, Communications and Business development Manager, you will advise, guide and direct managers and lead activities in the day-to-day operation of applicable facilities. You will collaboration in the development of budgets and business plans and track revenues and expenses. You will administer, analyze and forecast budgets, expenditures and financial activities.
QUALIFICATIONS NEEDED Education, Certifications and Licenses
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Commerce, or Recreation/Sports Administration or a related field AND some years of experience in a related field
OR
College diploma or certificate in Business Administration or Recreation Services, or a related field, AND several years of experience in a related field
OR
A demonstrated equivalent combination of education, training and/or experience. This includes but is not limited to demonstrated military education, training or experience

In planning, coordinating and managing business operations
In applying policies, procedures, regulations, and applicable legislation
In preparing marketing strategies
In business planning
In managing facilities
In personnel administration
In budget administration

OTHER INFORMATION This is an on-site position with an assigned work location.
PSP: Keep our Canadian Armed Forces operationally ready and their families and military community healthy as part of the team at Personnel Support Programs.
Personnel Support Programs contributes to the operational readiness of our Canadian Armed Forces through the provision of fitness, sports,



recreation and health promotion programs to military communities across Canada and members while on deployment.
