- Work-Life Balance – Full-Time, Flexible Schedule: 3 to 4 Days per Week, 27-36 Hours per Week

Your Role

As a Level II Dental Assistant,



you’ll play a pivotal role in creating positive patient experiences and driving our practice’s success. Responsibilities include:

- Chair side assisting with Orthodontist for orthodontic procedures

- Managing the patient experience through exceptional customer service skills

- Take intra-oral photo records and radiographs.

- Provide exceptional assisting skills to our clinical team.

- Perform Invisalign scans.

- Ability to take impressions

- Sterilization of instruments by adhering to the RCDSO infection control protocols

- Confidence with providing oral health education to our patients and families.

- Ability to perform other duties as required for the efficient operation of the practice. Such as administrative tasks, marketing initiatives.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications





- Successfully completed a Level 2 Dental Assistant Certificate.

- NDAEB board exams written and must possess active status (asset)

- HARP certification.

- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite; proficiency with orthodontic management software systems is an asset.

- Exceptional interpersonal and communications skills (verbal and written), with a proven ability to build strong relationships and rapport with patients, parents, doctors, fellow team members and the community.

- Keen attention-to-detail and time management skills.

- Strong conflict resolution, problem solving and decision-making skills.
