Our client is Canada's largest retailer. They are looking for a Senior Business Systems Analyst to develop requirement documents on workday integrations for the HR team
Project: Workday implementaion. This is a green field implementaion for this particular LOB within the client.
- 6mth contract
- 2 days a week onsite - Brampton or North York.
Responsibilities:
- Requirements Gathering: Work closely with stakeholders to understand and document system requirements.
- This role involves discovery calls, documenting requirements, preparing design documents, and working closely with development teams to ensure the successful transformation of business needs into technical deliverables.
- Document Design & Sign-Off:
Create requirements and design documents for system implementation and configuration. Ensure that documents are signed by stakeholders and manage any scope creep by negotiating potential changes or enhancements.
- Collaboration: Work in partnership with developers and other technical teams to ensure smooth implementation of solutions.
- Implementation & Configuration: Lead efforts to configure and implement Workday or similar HR systems, focusing on getting pharmacies live on the system.
- Negotiation Skills: Ability to negotiate changes in scope, prioritize features, and determine what should be considered as part of the project versus enhancements.
Must Haves:
- System implementation and configuration background - ideally ERP HR based systems (Workday)
- BRDs and SRD/TRD development
- System design documents
Nice to Haves:
- HR System Experience: Prior experience with HR system implementations is essential (Workday is ideal).
