Our client is seeking an Senior IAM (Identity and Access Management) Business Analyst with to improve process for access management and administrative rights.

Preference will be give to Calgary candidates who are willing to work hybrid (3 days in office) for a 1 year contract

Must Have:

- Experience as a Senior Business Analyst on infrastructure an cyber security projects
- Experience on Identity and Access Management Projects with strong understanding of technologies such as SailPoint IdentityIQ, CyberArk, and Azure PIM.
- Strong process improvement experience in the areas of access management and administration rights

Nice to have:

- Experience in a global organization with many ERP integration

What you will be doing:





- Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements for IAM projects.
- Entitlement Catalog Development: Work with application owners and stakeholders to develop entitlement catalogs for self-service automated user access provisioning as part of the factory onboarding of managed applications.
- Define processes for managing Tier 1 administrative roles and automating the maintenance of stale accounts, including those for employees on long-term leave, sessional workers, deprecated service accounts, and stale contractor accounts.
