About the Role:Our client, a fintech organization, is seeking a visionary Director of Mobile Applications and Payment Devices to lead a critical business unit. This role focuses on managing a portfolio of Android and iOS mobile apps, Tap-to-Pay solutions, smart payment devices, and associated SDKs and marketplace strategies. As a key driver of innovation and growth, you’ll bridge technology and marketing, contributing significantly to our organization’s revenue and future success. Key Responsibilities:Strategic Leadership: Define and execute the product vision for mobile applications and payment devices, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.Team Management: Lead and mentor a team,



fostering a culture of collaboration and excellence.Innovation and Delivery: Oversee development and delivery of cutting-edge fintech solutions, ensuring seamless customer experiences across payment transactions.Agile Leadership: Drive agile methodologies to enhance team efficiency, speed-to-market, and product quality.Cross-Functional Collaboration: Act as a bridge between technical, marketing, and sales teams, ensuring product-market fit and successful go-to-market strategies.Performance Optimization: Establish and monitor key performance indicators to track the success of product initiatives. Ideal Candidate Profile:Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Design, or a related field; an MBA is a plus.Experience:7+ years in senior product management roles, preferably in fintech or a related industry.Proven expertise in managing mobile applications, payment devices, and large, revenue-generating product portfolios.Experience leading agile teams and delivering products at scale.Technical and Business Acumen: Strong grasp of product positioning, design thinking, and technology fundamentals.Leadership Skills:
