Position Description:

IT Support Specialist

We are seeking an experienced IT Support Specialist to join our IT team to support our cloud services environment, with a primary focus on Microsoft 365, including a variety of SaaS-based applications and IaaS/PaaS platforms, AWS and Azure. Your expertise will help ensure seamless administration, optimization, and user support across our cloud ecosystem.

As part of a small and agile IT team, you will need to be a versatile generalist capable of troubleshooting a wide range of IT issues while acting as the primary resource for cloud-related initiatives. This position requires a mix of hands-on technical support, system administration,



and user enablement to ensure the organization fully leverages its cloud and SaaS investments.

Key Responsibilities

- Serve as the primary administrator for Microsoft 365, ensuring optimal performance, security, and scalability.
- Manage and support IaaS/PaaS services such as AWS and Azure, including infrastructure deployment, monitoring, and troubleshooting.
- Provide administration and support for a variety of SaaS applications critical to the organization’s operations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement and optimize cloud-based solutions that meet business needs.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues across the organization’s IT environment, including desktop, network, and software-related concerns.
- Assist with user onboarding, training, and documentation to maximize adoption and productivity within our cloud ecosystem.




- Maintain strong security practices across all cloud services, including implementing and managing policies for data protection, access control, and compliance.
- Stay current on emerging technologies and trends in cloud services to proactively recommend improvements.

Qualifications

- Proven experience managing and supporting Microsoft 365 environments, including SharePoint, Teams, and Exchange.
- Hands-on experience with AWS and/or Azure services, with a solid understanding of IaaS and PaaS concepts.
- Familiarity with administering and supporting SaaS applications across various business functions.
- Strong troubleshooting skills and the ability to resolve technical issues across hardware, software, and cloud platforms.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for providing user training and support.




- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.

We are an on-site crew 5 days a week. We sometimes work late to make sure we meet our deliverables so the ability to work flexible and irregular hours is required. However, we do respect your work/life balance too.
