About the Role:
As a Customer Business Analyst,
you play a crucial role in the Loblaws Company (LCL) Enterprise team. Your expertise in collecting and analyzing data provides valuable insights that drive the strategic management, growth, and development of the Ferrero business within LCL banners. You will fully support the three Customer Business Managers and the Associate Director of Sales, while also interacting cross-functionally throughout the company.
This position is HYBRID.
Main Responsibilities:
- Create and manage reporting and track key business metrics including but not limited to: weekly LCL & SDM POS and business reporting (LDIA), daily LCL/SDM volume tracking, Nielsen category/item performance, price audits, ecommerce/digital, promotional, distribution and new item tracking
- Prepares presentations and attends account calls to present compelling fact-based strategic selling story by utilizing syndicated data, general market trends, account databases, and local market knowledge in conjunction with corporate developed templates.
- Evolve and maintain volume, trade, and market performance reporting tools
- Provide input regarding predicted effectiveness of promotional scenarios and impact to sales forecast
- Support the Customer Business Managers in developing presentations for monthly customer reviews and annual planogram recommendations
- Assist in development of yearly business plans & monthly forecast updates
- Maintaining LCL Field Portal including priorities communications, updated inventory, stores not selling reports, and any other support tools for the team to leverage
Who we are looking for:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, or related field.
- Someone who is hungry to learn, grow, and develop in our #2 account
- Have 2-3 years of progressive data analysis experience coupled with 1-2 years of experience within a sales/supply chain function
- Candidate must have excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office, with proven advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
- Excellent communication, time management and interpersonal skills
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multi-task and balance priorities
- Ability to take insights into action. Provide the ‘so what’ in everything we do
