Account Executive
Flowcase (formerly CV Partner) has been transforming the proposal and bid process for professional services firms since 2012. After earning the trust of industry leaders like PwC, Mercer, Anser Advisory, DLA Piper, and Capgemini across Canada and Europe, we expanded into North America in 2023. Recognized as one of Europe’s Fastest Growing Companies in 2024 by The Financial Times and backed by Norwegian investment firm Idékapital, we continue to scale rapidly, partnering with top firms in construction, engineering, and IT consulting.
As an Account Executive, you will play a key role in driving Flowcase’s success in North America. Reporting to the VP of Sales in London, and collaborating closely with teams in Toronto, London, and Helsinki, you will be supported by a Business Development Representative to generate and close new business. You will manage deals from start to finish while working cross-functionally with marketing, customer success, and product teams to refine our go-to-market strategy.
Ideally,
you have experience working for a high-growth tech or SaaS company and are deeply aligned with Flowcase's values and culture. You bring a wealth of expertise in breaking into new markets and thrive in dynamic, entrepreneurial environments and adapt quickly to changing priorities and market conditions.
About you
We’re looking for a impact-driven and customer-focused Account Executive to join our growing team at Flowcase. If you have a proven track record in sales, business development, or as an Account Executive, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.
This is a quota-carrying role in which you will be expected to reach and exceed sales targets-but you won’t be doing it alone. At Flowcase, we foster a collaborative, innovative, and rewarding culture where teamwork and success go hand in hand.
What you will be doing as an Account Executive
- Identify and research potential consulting firms in target industries using LinkedIn, Apollo, Clay, and other data sources.
- Engage prospects in meaningful conversations to understand their proposal management challenges and demonstrate how Flowcase solves them.
- Own your territory like it's your own business—build a strong pipeline, deeply understand buyer pain points, and track key success metrics.
- Present confidently to both day-to-day users and senior decision-makers, including C-suite executives, showcasing the value of Flowcase.
- Develop and execute outbound sales campaigns to attract high-value customers and drive revenue growth.
- Overcome objections, mobilize key stakeholders, and leverage internal resources to close deals effectively.
- Represent Flowcase at industry events, conferences,
and networking opportunities to expand brand awareness and build relationships.
- Collaborate closely with Business Development Reps to refine account penetration strategies and optimize prospecting efforts.
- Maintain accurate pipeline data in HubSpot, tracking meetings booked, deal progress, and overall performance.
- Stay ahead of the curve by keeping up with industry trends, competitor offerings, and the latest sales strategies.
What we’re looking for:
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills – You can confidently articulate Flowcase’s value, engage with prospects, and foster meaningful connections. A high level of English proficiency (both written and spoken) is essential.
- This role involves national and international travel, so you’ll need a valid work permit or visa for Canada, the United States, and Europe.
- At Flowcase,
we believe in fostering a friendly, inclusive, and collaborative workplace. We’re looking for someone who is approachable, supportive, and values teamwork.
It would be great if you also have
- Experience selling to consulting firms or professional services organizations
- Familiarity with HubSpot or similar CRM tools
- Experience working with global teams across multiple time zones
