ATB 101 is our student work experience and engagement program that plays an integral role in the success of our business. As an ATB 101 student, you will have a unique opportunity to contribute to ATB through challenging, meaningful, and diverse opportunities while creating happiness for our customers and each other. As part of ATB Financial’s Legal Services this summer,
we have a unique opportunity available to help you jumpstart your career! Our legal summer students play an integral role in the success of our business and have the opportunity to contribute greatly to our growth with challenging, rewarding, and diverse opportunities – way beyond making coffee!
As the next Legal Summer Student, you’ll report to Legal Counsel. This role involves supporting the Legal Services team, including being actively involved in various legal research assignments and assisting in many other projects. No matter what you do, you will get to make a difference!

- Eagerness to roll up your sleeves and take on (and seek out) new challenges.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational and detail-orientation skills.

connecting with diverse groups – people just LOVE working with you.
- Enrollment in the first or second year of a Canadian law school (knowledge of Alberta Law may be advantageous).
