We are looking for a seasoned Project Manager with a proven track record in commercial construction. This role requires leadership, strong relationship-building skills, and a commitment to delivering exceptional results. As a Project Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving the success of complex construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.Key ResponsibilitiesManage commercial and interior construction projects exceeding $5,000,000 in value.Plan, coordinate, and execute projects within established budgets, timelines, and scopes.Monitor project progress and provide updates to clients, stakeholders,
and team members.Develop and manage project schedules using tools such as Microsoft Projects.Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and plans.Ensure compliance with construction terms, scheduling, and planning concepts.Foster strong relationships with stakeholders and maintain trust at all levels of the organization.QualificationsPost-secondary diploma or degree in engineering, construction management, or a related field.Minimum of 5 years of project management experience in commercial and/or interior construction.PMP or similar designation is a strong asset.Proficiency in project scheduling software (Microsoft Projects is preferred).Strong financial acumen and understanding of construction terminology.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.What This Role OffersA values-driven company cultureAutonomy and responsibility as soon as you demonstrate results.Opportunities for ongoing growth and development Competitive salary of $90,000–$110,000,
