Join us in an inspiring workplace where you can belong, grow, and make a difference!What will your day look like?As our National Account Manager, eCommerce, you will be the owner of the following:Account Management – Day-to-day, weekly & monthly reporting & customer trendsStrategic Vision Planning - Develop eCommerce Growth Plan – OGSMFinancial Responsibility - Shipments, POS, Forecasting & Promotional StrategyAccount ManagementOwn AMZ relationship, specifically at the Amazon Vendor Services program level.Build a strong relationship with the Amazon Brand Specialist.Provide expertise in PO review, selections, cuts, content, and Amazon core services.Manage the Trade Spend Management & Coordination with the e-commerce Manager.Collaboration with outside agencies for Sales/Share and search/DSP.Strategic Vision Planning - Develop an e-commerce Growth PlanOGSM & Annual Strategy CreationAMZ Promotional Product and Financial Plan (Coupons, Deals,
Tent Pole Events)Coordinate with Marketing and eCommerce Digital MarketingCollaborate with Finance and Trade Marketing on P&L; and OpportunitiesDeep Understanding of POS Insights, Share, Category Insights, and competitive actions.Financial ResponsibilityOwn Sales Calls and Own ForecastingOwn Trade Spend ManagementResponsible for POS Growth and P&L; Accretive ActivitiesAnnual Budget PlanningReporting on PY, Sales Calls, Demand Plan, and Trade Spend.One-stop-shop for financial business insightsAdvanced understanding of Excel and big data manipulation. OBI and database proficiency.What you bring to the table:eCommerce and Amazon specific:Proven experience managing Amazon Seller Central or Vendor Central accounts, including deep familiarity with the Amazon ecosystem, policies, and tools (e.g., AMS, A+ Content, VCP, and FBA).Demonstrable success in developing and executing strategies for growth on Amazon, such as optimizing product listings,
managing advertising campaigns, and driving sales performanceStrong understanding of eCommerce dynamics and trends, with experience managing accounts across multiple online platforms or marketplacesAbility to identify opportunities for growth in eCommerce channels and execute customized strategies for different marketsCommercial Acumen:Experience in creating and managing Joint Business Plans (JBPs) with retailers, including ownership of profit and loss (P&L;) responsibilitiesStrong financial and analytical skills to forecast sales, manage budgets, and ensure profitability while resolving logistical challengesSales & Account Management:Previous experience in account management or sales roles, preferably within retail, consumer goods, or technology sectorsProven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders,
including vendor managers, brand specialists, and external partnersData-Driven Decision Making:Proficiency in analyzing sales data to identify trends, assess performance metrics, and develop actionable insights for growthAdvanced knowledge of tools like Excel or database systems for reporting and analysis is often requiredLeadership & Cross-Functional Collaboration:Experience leading cross-functional teams to deliver projects such as product launches or promotional campaignsAbility to work collaboratively with internal teams (e.g., marketing, supply chain) and external agencies to drive success on AmazonInternational experience managing accounts across multiple regions (e.g., US, UK, EU) may be advantageous for global roles.Company Values:Must adhere to The Gorilla Glue Company’s Core Values,
