Manager, Employee Engagement & Culture

Our client in the insurance industry is seeking a professional to manage its Global Impact Engagement portfolio. Reporting to the Global Head of Impact Engagement, this role is responsible for advancing and enhancing global community engagement initiatives. The position involves developing, executing, and overseeing programs that foster a culture of compassion, volunteerism, and social responsibility among employees worldwide. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with a passion for positive social impact and a strong background in program management, stakeholder engagement, and effective communication.

What is in it for you:

• Salaried: $62 to $97 per hour.




• Incorporated Business Rate: $74 to $79 per hour.
• 12-month contract with the potential for permanent employment.
• Full-time position: 40 hours per week.
• Weekday schedule from 9 am to 5 pm.
• Hybrid work: 3 office days, from Tuesday to Thursday.

Responsibilities:

• Lead signature global engagement programs, including Global Volunteer Month, Earth Month, and Volunteer Days, managing program lifecycles, strategic planning, and implementation tools.
• Develop a year-round engagement plan to maintain continuous impact initiatives.
• Integrate impact engagement opportunities into high-profile company initiatives such as leadership conferences, all-staff events, and recognition programs.
• Oversee the annual Season of Giving global campaign, refining branding, communication, and implementation across global markets.
• Manage governance and budget for impact engagement programs, ensuring legal compliance, equitable access to benefits,



and alignment with global strategy.
• Strengthen stakeholder engagement, relationship-building, and communication strategy to enhance global colleague participation.
• Develop and manage resources that help employees find volunteer opportunities and capture engagement impact through testimonials and visuals.
• Oversee impact measurement and evaluation, setting program goals and using data to drive decisions.
• Align engagement strategies across Asia Segment markets, working with regional CSR and communication teams.
• Optimize engagement platforms by managing vendor relationships and ensuring effective adoption of global impact tools.

What you will need to succeed:

• University degree.
• 2 to 3+ years of experience in colleague engagement, HR, or culture building.




• 2 to 3+ years of demonstrated experience in stakeholder management, branding, and communication.
• Strong relationship management and leadership abilities; the successful candidate may have direct reports.
• Bilingual in English and French is an asset to support global engagement initiatives and ensure effective communication across diverse markets.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Comfortable with engagement and volunteer management software; experience with Benevity and Workday is an asset.
• Proficient in data management and reporting, with the ability to analyze findings and interpret results
