Our Valued Public Sector Client is seeking a Senior Bilingual CRM (Salesforce) Developer to design and implement solutions to ensure shareable components to support the digital transformation to Salesforce.
Project Description:
Promote the Salesforce CRM platform by supporting existing clients and ability to add, as required, new clients to the system, and collaborate with enterprise application services to ensure best practices are shared, and overall Departmental objectives and priorities for Digital Transformation are met.
Must Haves: (Senior)
Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Developer (10+ years)
Salesforce Development in a defence, or security or intelligence environment (2+ years)
Valid Salesforce administrator certification
Secret Clearance
Degree or Diploma, or Certificate in IT field.
Responsibilities:
Perform configuration and implementation activities, including, but not limited to, customization of objects in Salesforce, field & table creation, flow development, mapping data relationships, user profiles and permissions, data and system security, data input and report creation.
Ensure the integration of all aspects of Salesforce to meet the business needs of Attraction and Outreach teams throughout the department.
Manage the design and implementation of the system to meet the business needs of each client group with interactions being conducted in English and French.
Oversee development, configuration and design of the system.
Document configurations, business requirements, security and other settings in order to create a system guide.
