UFR-880 - Bilingual Data Solutions & Analytics Manager to lead the design, development, and implementation of

Our valued non-profit client is seeking a Bilingual Data Solutions & Analytics Manager to lead the design, development, and implementation of BI and data analytics solutions!

Permanent full-time role in Ottawa, ON. The successful candidate must be available to work in a hybrid on-site schedule in Ottawa, ON (2 days/week in office) with occasional travel across the country.

As the successful candidate, you will be responsible for leading three teams, with a total of 10 staff (including a tech lead) directly reporting to you. These teams will be responsible for member information management, web & application development, data analysis, and data & applications integration.

Responsibilities:
Lead the design, development,



and implementation of business intelligence, applications and data analytics solutions. This includes data analysis, integration, reporting, dashboard creation, and digital solutions to support data-driven decision-making across the organization.
Develop action plans and participate in strategic plans and make presentations of plans and reports to senior management and executives.
Develop innovative approaches and strategic recommendations for problem solving internal data and technology challenges.
Approve changes to applications, solutions, and data to ensure consistency and integrity across systems.

Must Have Skills:
3+ years of leadership experience managing a team of direct reports (as a manager , team lead, program manager, etc.)
5+ years of experience in Data Analytics & Reporting , Digital Enterprise Solutions, Business Analysis, and Project Management
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and French (functional)

Nice to Have Skills:




Demonstrated ability to analyze and understand the functionality of existing data analytics and reporting with the use of current/emerging tools & dashboards.
Existing understanding of trade union and equity principles and understanding of the sensitive political and social issues within a trade union.
