Our valued public sector client is looking for a Sr Sharepoint analyst to design, build and administer SharePoint sites within SharePoint 2019 and Microsoft Office 365 SharePoint.

Background:

The client provides centralized services and support to DGAEPM. The services and support provided by the DAEBM Sections include Business Planning/Budget Management Support, Financial Services, Human Resources and training, Maintenance Data and Information Systems Management, Environment and Hazardous Materials Support. There is a requirement to provide an effective means to access and exchange documents, applications and information related to these services both within DAEBM and within DGAEPM.



Microsoft SharePoint is a document management platform available on the Defence Wide Area Network (DWAN). In order to design, create and integrate the services and support provided by DAEBM into a DGAEPM SharePoint Site, a Sharepoint Analyst is required.

Tasks:

Gather requirements from the respective designated DGAEPM Section Officers of Primary Interest (OPIs)
Develop and prepare diagrammatic plans for SharePoint 2019 and Microsoft Office 365 SharePoint for review by Section OPIs to review and validate:
Program, develop, maintain and design within the architecture of SharePoint,
Ensure the Plan for SharePoint 2019 is in accordance with (IAW) Shared Workspace Services (SWS) Custom Development Constraints Listing and Assistant Deputy Minister (Information Management (ADM(IM)) SWS
Execute the creation of the final approved design plan for SharePoint 2019 and Microsoft Office 365 SharePoint on the server:
Develop and maintain Office suite and MS InfoPath forms and documentation;
Support the implementation of the DGAEPM SharePoint Site;
Program, develop, maintain and design within the architecture of SharePoint.




Post-implementation plan to monitor/track design solution functionality/performance;
Final approved design plan for SharePoint 2019 and Microsoft Office 365 SharePoint on the server;
Transition plan if the DGAEPM SharePoint is upgraded; and

Must have:

Sharepoint Analyst
Sharepoint design requirement - 3+ years
Sharepoint 2019 - 3+ years
Sharepoint online - 3+ years
Valid Secret clearance
