Our GTA based, Municipal Government client requires the services of a Senior Business Analyst required for a Digitization project.
ROLE:
Our Client is searching for a Business Analyst to assist with the Information Management and Digitization project. The BA will play an important role within the project, starting with Scope of Services work and beyond.
The project is focused on eliminating the need to store paper records and transform business processes, thereby freeing up office storage space, positioning our Client for streamlined key processes, and improving operational efficiency by reducing document handling time. This will be accomplished through rapid access to documents by authorized personnel,
data centralization of business records and digitization of business processes.
The Business Analyst is expected to competently handle various assigned initiatives and project work as may be required, provide a high level of service / engagement via stakeholder management and quality requirements and process documentation, as well as take part in other duties, as needed and assigned.
MUST HAVE:
Bachelor Degree in Business Administration, IT or related discipline
7+ years of experience as a business, business systems and/or process analyst
Demonstrable and comprehensive understanding and experience with digital documentation services , and analysis based on information management concepts
Experience in dealing with complex business problems, identifying business/functional requirements and recommending how to support through processes and applications
Experience in process analysis, design, and modelling in a complex environment; hands-on experience in developing process diagrams and documentation
Experience consolidating and validating requirements and designing solutions across diverse user groups
Major IT implementation experience, including Information Management and understanding how systems are affected by business process change and impacts
