Our Calgary client is looking for a Senior Technical Writer with Cyber Security experience to support Operations, IAM and GRC documentation for a transformational program.
This role is 100% remote, working MST hours.
Must Haves:
6+ years experience' as a Technical Writer
Must have Cyber Security domain experience, specifically creating documentation within Security Operations , IAM , and GRC processes and playbooks.
Responsibilities:
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including cybersecurity, IT, and business units, to gather information and ensure accurate and comprehensive documentation.
Support the MSSP transition by documenting new processes and tools, ensuring a smooth transition to in-house resources.
Create user-friendly guides, manuals, and training materials to support the implementation of new cybersecurity processes and tools.
Ensure all documentation complies with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
Continuously update and improve documentation based on feedback and changes in processes or tools.
Provide training and support to end-users on new documentation and processes.
