[SA-293] | Senior Business Analyst with MS Sentinel experience to work with MSSP for the transition of services

Our client is looking for a Senior Business Analyst with MS Sentinel experience to work with MSSP for the transition of services to an in-house model for a transformation program

This role requires you to be onsite 3 days/week with flexibility in Calgary or Edmonton.

Must Haves:
7+ years' experience as a Business Analyst with Cyber Security experience (SOC, MDR, Incidence Response, vulnerability management services (VMS) etc.)
Transition to in-house resources, as well as implementation of new capabilities (administrative and technical) to improve the overall cybersecurity maturity
Must have experience working with MSSP or other third party vendors




Must have experience with o perational process /procedural documentation development
Experience with Microsoft Sentinel

Nice to Have:
Managed Service provider offboarding/onboarding

Responsibilities:
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical requirements for Security Operations Solution(s).
Development of operational process and documentation for Security Operations workflows and solutions.
Identify gaps and inefficiencies in existing Security Operations processes and work with Subject Matter Experts in documenting improvements.
Support Project Manager with the coordination of technical teams and tracking of MSSP transition activities to ensure successful cybersecurity repatriation and implementation of Security Operations solutions.
Provide training and documentation to end-users on new Security Operations processes and workflows.
Proficient in Excel and Visio
