Our valued Public Sector client requires a Senior System Architect to develop architectural plans and implementation plan for a large contact center solution project from initiation to go-live for a Benefits Modernization initiative.
Must Have:
Experience working on a large-scale Contact center as a Service (CCAAS) implementation project.
10+ years’ experience IT Systems Architecting Experience with system capacity and planning, as well as functional configuration and audit.
5+ recent years’ experience with system planning and capacity tools and analyses, technical design documents, architecture diagrams, non-functional testing, server capacity and provisioning, etc.
Valid recognized Architectural Professional Certification
Valid Enhanced Reliability Security Clearance
Tasks Include:
Design large and complex solutions, including system and application designs, data architecture, software, and technical architecture, in accordance with strategies and objectives.
Provide architecture governance to development teams through all project phases.
Prepare Architecture Blueprint and other Architecture artifacts.
Plan high-level solution phases and estimate required work sizing.
Work collaboratively with Business Capability Owners and Technical Leads on product Roadmaps prioritizing scope for each delivery cycle.
