You Are:
An experienced and passionate Analog Design Engineer with a proven track record in developing high-speed analog and mixed-signal integrated circuits. You excel in both theoretical knowledge and practical application,
and you thrive in a collaborative environment. Your expertise in transistor-level circuit design and FinFET technologies makes you a valuable asset to any cross-functional design team. You are meticulous in your approach to design, verification, and documentation, ensuring optimal performance and reliability of your circuits. Your strong communication skills enable you to present complex simulation data clearly and consult effectively on electrical characterization.
What You’ll Be Doing:
Reviewing JEDEC standards to develop analog and mixed-signal sub-block specifications
Identifying and refining circuit architectures to achieve optimal power, area, performance, and ESD targets
Proposing design and verification strategies
Overseeing physical layout to minimize the effect of parasitics, device stress, process variation, and ESD/Latch-Up protection
Presenting simulation data for peer and customer review
Documenting design features and test plans
Consulting on the electrical characterization of your circuit within the IP product
The Impact You Will Have:
Contributing to the development of next-generation high-speed analog and mixed-signal integrated circuits
Enhancing the performance and reliability of DDR/LPDDR PHY, HBM PHY, UCIe PHY, and Mobile Storage PHY IPs
Driving innovation in circuit design and verification methodologies
Improving the efficiency and effectiveness of the design process through advanced tools and techniques
Collaborating with a diverse team of engineers to achieve common goals
Ensuring the successful integration and characterization of your designs within the final product
What You’ll Need:
PhD with 7 years of experience or MSc with 10+ years of analog design experience
In-depth familiarity with transistor-level circuit design and sound CMOS design fundamentals
Experience with FinFET technologies
Detailed design experience with at least one,
and familiarity with several other DDR or SerDes sub-circuits
Experience with ESD protection and ESD network analysis and debug
Familiarity with custom digital design and high-speed logic paths
Knowledge of design for reliability and layout effects
Experience with tools for schematic entry, physical layout, and design verification
Hands-on experience with physical layout of high-speed circuits is a plus
Knowledge of SPICE simulators and simulation methods
Proficiency in Verilog-A for analog behavioral modeling and simulation-control/data-capture
Experience with scripting languages like TCL, Perl, C, Python, MATLAB
Strong communication and documentation skills

You will be part of an R&D; Memory Phys highly specialized Advanced Circuit Group working on developing next-generation high-speed analog and mixed-signal integrated circuits. The team comprises analog and digital designers from diverse backgrounds, collaborating to push the boundaries of technology. Our design environment is best-in-class, featuring a full suite of IC design tools, custom in-house tools, and support from an experienced software/CAD team.
