Our public sector client is looking for a Senior Business Analysts to write detailed user stories, and gather requirement for a large internal Information System within the public sector.
Our client currently is looking for a Senior Business Analyst, to play the role of a strong leader who will work on defining requirements with stakeholders and documenting user stories. This product requires a Business Analyst with strong leadership skills to support a newbie product owner. They favor initiative, leadership, and hands-on experience showing ability to write user stories and proactivity in working with product owners.
Task; but not limited to:
Consult stakeholders (individually or by means of facilitating group sessions)
to identify comprehensive business requirements;
Document business requirements for all stakeholders;
Advise Senior Management on a range of issues affecting the organization's ability to achieve the project's business objectives;
Facilitate meetings (brainstorms, backlog refinements, planning sessions) with the clients and the development teams to get the stakeholder requirements.
Write user stories with acceptance criteria to capture the needs of the clients.
Produce diagrams (process flow diagrams, swim lanes diagrams, context diagrams, status diagrams, etc…) to show multiple views of the required features.
Analyze the current state of the business to find what works and what is missing to document the “to be” state with the clients.
Experience working in an agile development environment, working directly with a product owner.
Analyze the work to be done and develop a business requirements work plan
Work on AGILE SCRUM teams supporting the Product Owner to populate and refine the Product Backlogs
Must Haves:
Reliability Clearance
10 year of Business Analysts experience
Agile Experience
Nice To Have:
Bilingual
ITIL, Certification of Capability in Business Analysis
