Our Ottawa based technology client will be looking for a Senior Full Stack Engineer, so we are building a list of possible candidates. This role is about 70% frontend and 30% backend software systems development. This will be a permanent on-site role for a Canadian citizen or Permanent Resident as candidates must obtain a Secret security clearance. Open Work Permit applicants are not eligible.
Responsibilities :
- Design, develop and maintain frontend and backend applications.
- Work closely with the development team, DevOps and Product Managers to ensure top quality of cloud-based solutions.
- Assist in scaling, performance and reliability of solutions.
Background:
- Experience with development of frontend applications with React, Vue.js or Angular and Kubernetes.
- Familiar with backend programming such as Java, Python or Go along with database systems.
- Practical experience with serverless computing and cloud-native architectures.
- Engineering Degree related to Software Development or equivalent experience.
