They are seeking a skilled Maintenance Mechanic to join their team and ensure the proper functioning, maintenance, and repair of machinery and mechanical equipment within their facility.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform routine maintenance on machinery and mechanical equipment to ensure optimal performance.
- Troubleshoot electrical and mechanical issues, identifying and resolving root causes.
- Read and interpret equipment manuals, blueprints, and work orders to execute necessary repairs.
- Fabricate parts using machine shop instrumentation as required.
- Analyze equipment performance and make necessary adjustments to improve efficiency.
- Maintain an inventory of repair tools and supplies.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless facility operations and minimal downtime.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Strong proficiency in mechanical systems, troubleshooting, and repair.
- Ability to read and interpret technical documents, schematics, and diagrams.
- Strong analytical skills for diagnosing and resolving equipment issues.
- Experience with liquid filling lines (fillers, cappers, labelers, laser systems).
- Knowledge of HPP systems for maintenance purposes (preferred but not required).
- Ability to maintain, repair, and install mechanical equipment.
- Fluent in English for effective communication with the team.
Education & Certification
- Mechanical Engineering Degree or Millwright License required.
