The RoleThe Associate Creative Director works closely with the Creative team in producing a high-quality creative product for the agency’s clients. Along with the account service representatives, the Associate Creative Director maintains contact with the client and presents the team’s creative concepts to client representatives. On those accounts under their supervision, the Associate Creative Director provides leadership to art directors and copywriters, along with the Creative Director. They work closely with the other disciplines in delivering and exceeding client expectations.Unafraid to roll up their sleeves they will be a leader who inspires others through action. We want a creative who is always forward looking and excited about growing business and crafting beautiful integrated stories.What you will do…Create/direct award-worthy work and serve as the copy expert for assigned brandsServe as creative team leader to whom other can look to for direction and solutionsDrive development of brand messaging and creative while offering strategic contributionsPlay a key role in brand planning, creative development, and on-strategy creative initiativesConsistently ideate new innovative ideas to sell to brand partnersBring a fresh approach to day-to-day projects to inspire direct reports and clients alikeProactively suggest creative strategies to ensure art team delivers high quality, accurate workWork with all functional areas to ensure the work is expressing a compelling single-minded ideaWork with other departments in developing best practicesTake an active role in client discussions and internal and external meetings to ensure creative and strategic alignmentHelp client(s)
