Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Document Solution Specialist who can seamlessly blend technical expertise with client-facing responsibilities. In this role, you will automate and optimize document processes using HTML and CSS, and collaborate closely with the Data Migration team, making proficiency in Excel essential. A key aspect of this role involves working with APIs and using Zapier to connect our software with other CRMs and databases, creating a comprehensive ecosystem for our clients. Understanding and optimizing workflow will be crucial. You will work directly with clients to understand their needs and implement effective solutions, ensuring a smooth and efficient document creation process.





Essential Functions:

Document Digitization:

- Use HTML and inline CSS to interpret, structure, format, and digitize loan origination and servicing documents.
- Implement automation solutions to streamline document processes and enhance accuracy and efficiency.

Client Interaction:

- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their requirements and provide tailored solutions.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships throughout the document creation and execution process.
- Offer training and support to clients on the use of automated document solutions.

Collaboration:

- Work closely with development, client success, and onboarding teams to ensure seamless document creation processes.
- Actively participate in team projects aimed at improving operational efficiency and scalability.




- Provide feedback and insights to internal teams to enhance product offerings and client services.

Issue Resolution:

- Address customer inquiries and concerns through ticketing platforms, ensuring a timely and accurate resolution.
- Conduct thorough investigations of customer issues, identifying root causes and providing effective solutions.
- Escalate complex issues to appropriate teams when necessary, ensuring client satisfaction.

Integration:

- Utilize API and Zapier to integrate with other software and CRM systems, offering clients comprehensive and automated solutions.
- Develop and maintain integration workflows to ensure smooth data exchange between systems.
- Stay updated on the latest API and Zapier developments to continuously improve integration capabilities.

Qualifications & Experience:

- Expert proficiency in HTML and CSS.




- Understanding of best coding practices such as loops, arrays, and variables.
- Proficient in Excel.
- Experience with API, reading JSON files, and Zapier workflows.
- Familiarity with software tools, ticketing systems, or customer relationship management (CRM) platforms.
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in private lending or mortgage industry is preferred.

Work Environment: Hybrid-Remote;

60% in Office (Midtown Toronto) 40% Work from Home
