Program Overview – Central Services, Digital Transformation Office

the Digital Transformation Office has been recently established to enable this vision across the organization by delivering new and enhanced capabilities for digital solutions, analytics, and digital experiences with an enterprise mindset.

What You Will Do
Analytics Products & Culture

- Build and lead a high-performing analytics team, providing mentorship and professional development opportunities for continuous improvement and team success

- Ensure operational reports and dashboards are built with common BI tools, of a high-quality, and aligned to organizational key performance indicators from a diverse set of business stakeholders
- Build ongoing and bespoke analyses of WoodGreen’s operations and strategy
- Develop end-to-end data management processes to ensure reliability of analytics products
- Establish a culture of data quality by setting expectations with key stakeholders, implementing design changes, and establishing monitoring mechanisms to ensure continuous improvements
- Lead capacity building initiatives to strengthen data literacy across the organization to ensure data products are understood and support driving better decision-making

Advisory Services





- Design and implement comprehensive analytics solutions to demonstrate program effectiveness, operational efficiency, and mission impact
- Guide department heads and organizational leadership in leveraging data analytics to optimize operations and improve outcomes, providing both ad-hoc and ongoing recommendations

Analytics Strategies

- Develop and execute organization-wide analytics strategies aligned with mission objectives and strategic priorities; monitor industry trends and solution advancements to keep it up to date
- Partner with executive leadership to identify opportunities for data-driven optimization and innovation
- Lead predictive analytics initiatives to forecast trends and identify opportunities for strategic and operational change




- Collaborate cross-functionally with programming teams to understand data needs and develop roadmaps for solutions that support improved operational and strategic decision-making

Data Governance & Technologies

- Establish data governance frameworks, master data management processes, and best practices to ensure data integrity, accuracy, and timeliness

- Partner with digital and technology teams to establish a robust data architecture, and the infrastructure, integrations, policies, methodologies, and tools to support it
- Support the ongoing evolution of our data repositories with an enterprise mindset

- Identify and evaluate innovative technologies and approaches to enhance analytical capabilities

- Oversee the design, development, and maintenance of data models, and reporting & analysis templates using common BI tools

What You Bring to the Team

- 8+ years of progressive experience in a field related to data & analytics,



with at least 3 years in management or leadership roles
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Analytics, Data Science, Business, or a related technical field
- Excellent collaboration, communication, and presentation skills for influence and direction
- Proven record of driving business value through analytics
- Experience with structured data governance and data management approaches
- Experience developing reports, analyses and gleaning insights from them
- Experience in developing and implementing enterprise-wide analytics strategies and solutions
- Demonstrated proficiency of languages to support analyses, such as SQL, Python, or R
- Proficiency in analytics tools and platforms, PowerBI experience preferred
