Technical Support Analyst - .NET

We are seeking a dedicated professional Technical Support Analyst-.NET to join our team on a full time basis with a strong customer focus. The successful candidate will be an integral part of the Support Team in a high growth organization and will be responsible for participating in the day-to-day processes of the team, including but not limited to queue management, queue call coverage, responding to email, and assisting with the growth and management of the company's reference account base.

This role is an entry level role to the team with limited and specific duties to start and over time will contribute to the team across all areas.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Provide frontline technical support to end-users; including, but not limited to software installations and updates, activations, errors, device and driver issues for printers, card readers, scanners
- Install and configure SQL Server and Management Studio on remote servers
- Troubleshoot network/connectivity related issues
- Write complex SQL scripts to query client data, insert/update existing records
- Serve as Tier two, escalation point between Clients and Jonas .NET products
- Keep clients informed of progression with issues and provide follow up as necessary
- Collaborate with other departments or offices as necessary to expedite resolutions
- Promote and maintain a high quality, professional, service-oriented company image among clients




- Assist with testing of the .NET club products
- Assist in after hours emergency support rotation

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

- ​2+ years of experience working in a technical role, preferably a technical support role in hospitality, involving close communication with customers and the internal support teams

- Knowledge and experience with SQL, advanced Excel, Database Structure
- Requires 2 - 3 years of customer service
- Experience with networking and troubleshooting inclusive of Citrix, Terminal services
- Proven ability to meet deadlines and work in fast paced environment
- Experience working with the Microsoft Office suite, including Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel
- Experience working with various operating systems, including Windows 7 - 11, Windows Server 2008-2022
- Strong communication and soft skills are a must




- Proven ability to problem solve and teach others
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Must be willing to work shift that could start between 8 AM and 11:30 AM, and end between 4:30 PM and 8 PM (Mon-Fri)
- Some college preferred/college degree
- Accounting Degree and/or experience is an asset
- Experience in accounting based applications preferably in the Private or Public Golf Club Industries, Hotel or other related Hospitality Industries an asset
