What You Have:
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to Work Autonomously
- Hospitality or event experience preferred
- Flexible schedule required
- Strong work ethic and a positive team player
- ProServe certification
- Previous experience in a similar position is a strong asset
Event Coordinator
The Event Coordinator is responsible for independently setting up events, ensuring all décor, furniture, and equipment are arranged according to event specifications. They coordinate with vendors for deliveries, prepare the venue before guest arrival, and ensure every detail is in place. Highly organized and self-sufficient,
the Event Coordinator works efficiently with minimal supervision to create a seamless event setup.
